- Fatigue, lack of energy and general malaise
- Mild nausea or vomiting
- Pain, swelling, redness, or a rash or itching at the injection site
- Mild rash

Examples of a severe allergic reaction or serious side effects are as follows:
- High fever, chills, rigors
- Severe headache
- Chest tightness, shortness of breath, suffocation
- Multiple episodes of vomiting without improvement
- Widespread rashes or bruises
- Sudden paralysis or weakness in the face
- Facial swelling
- Muscle weakness, loss of balance
- Convulsions, seizures or loss of consciousness
- Enlarged lymph nodes
- Peeling skin
- Other serious, sudden onset of symptoms
