International Insurance & Patient Assistance

We are committed to supporting international patients throughout their healthcare journey. This page provides essential guidance on insurance preparation prior to receiving medical services and outlines how to contact our insurance coordination team for assistance.

Before Your Visit: Insurance Preparation Guidelines

To ensure a smooth admission, consultation, or treatment process, international patients are kindly requested to prepare the following documents and information prior to arrival:

1. Insurance Information

Please prepare:

  • A valid insurance card or policy certificate
  • Policy number and coverage details
  • Name of the insurance company and assistance provider
  • Emergency or international contact number of your insurer

Please note that coverage and benefits vary by policy and insurer. Advance verification is strongly recommended.

2. Letter of Guarantee (LOG) / Pre-Authorization

Some insurance plans require a Letter of Guarantee (LOG) or pre-authorization before services can be provided.

You may need to arrange:

  • An approved LOG from your insurer or assistance company
  • Confirmation of covered services, coverage limits, and exclusions

Our insurance team can assist in coordinating with your insurer to obtain approval, where applicable.

3. Identification & Travel Documents

Please bring:

  • Passport (and visa, if applicable)
  • Admission documents or appointment confirmation

4. Medical Information (if available)

To support continuity of care, please prepare:

  • Relevant medical records or referral letters
  • Previous investigation reports (e.g., lab results, imaging)

Insurance Coverage & Payment Policy

Please prepare:

  • Insurance coverage is subject to the terms and conditions of your individual policy.
  • Services not covered by insurance must be settled by the patient directly.
  • If insurance approval is pending or declined, a deposit or full payment may be required prior to service.

Our team will clearly explain coverage status and financial responsibilities before treatment whenever possible.
