Tea, Coffee and exercise

Tea, coffee and exercise, why do my stomach still ache?

COFFEE

There has been an effort to study and compare different type of coffee and the method of making coffee such as fresh coffee, instant coffee and drinking coffee at different temperature like hot and cold coffee. Adding on to this, the concentration of the coffee, its taste: bitterness and sweetness, all of these to answer the question of what is the source of stomach ache. What is confirm in the study is that there is some sort of chemical that help to activate the process of releasing the chemical gastrin which resulted in the stomach releasing more gastric acid than normal. The study also found that drinking decaffeinated coffee resulted in much more release of gastrin than in caffeinated coffee, we can conclude from this that this chemical is not caffeine.

The increase in gastric acid causing the sensation of burning in the stomach from which the excess acid goes through the intestinal tracts. This led to the contraction of the intestinal muscle which produce the feeling of pain or soreness to the abdominal areas and bloating. Furthermore, in some cases, eating snacks and high fats content food at the same time as drinking coffee can be another factors that lead to stomach ache.

Coffee also affect the gallbladder by activating the production of cholecystokinin, which squeezes the gallbladder. People with gallstones issue will have more stomach ache and bloating than normal. Coffee also has the effect on the large intestine very quickly at the rectosigmoid which causes the sensation of the bowel not fully relieved when passing stool.

EXERCISE

During exercise, the body squeeze the stomach and the small intestine less which can cause the sensation of pressure on the chest, stomach pain and bloating. Therefore, it is not recommended to eat immediately following exercises. When exercising, the amount of gastric acid also increases slightly but when doing light exercise, the body can absorb liquid much better but solid foods are slower at digesting.

Ovarian Cysts: A Hidden Threat Every Woman Should Know

These days, who would have thought that “ovarian cysts” would become a silent danger women need to be aware of? What’s even more concerning is that ovarian cysts often present no clear warning signs. Many women may be unaware that they have an ovarian cyst until they experience severe symptoms such as intense menstrual cramps, irregular periods, abdominal bloating, noticeable lumps in the pelvic area, or severe pain during intercourse. If left untreated, this condition can potentially be life-threatening. Unveiling the Secrets of Ovarian Cysts with a Specialist Professor Emeritus Dr. Sangchai Preutthipan, a specialist in reproductive medicine and laparoscopic surgery from Praram 9 Hospital, explains that the “ovaries” are small, thumb-sized organs responsible for producing eggs each month. With each ovulation, a fluid-filled sac forms around the egg. Sometimes, these sacs don’t dissolve as they should, leading to cyst formation. There are several types of ovarian cysts, including those caused by ovarian dysfunction, tumor-related cysts, endometriosis cysts (also known as chocolate cysts), cysts resembling other body tissues, and even cancerous cysts. Dr. Sangchai further notes that women of reproductive age up until menopause are at risk for ovarian cysts. Around 30-35% of women develop cysts due to ovarian dysfunction, while 20% develop tumor-related or chocolate cysts. Approximately 15% may have cysts that resemble other tissue types, and 1-5% are diagnosed with cancerous cysts. Each type of cyst carries different health risks.
