Praram 9 Hospital Receives the Creativity and Innovation Gold Award at the Muang Thai Life Assurance Hospital Awards 2025

Praram 9 Hospital received the Creativity and Innovation Award – Gold Award in the Medium-Sized Hospital category at the Muang Thai Life Assurance Hospital Awards 2025, organized by Muang Thai Life Assurance Public Company Limited. Dr. Wisuit Katekao, UM Physician, represented the hospital in receiving the award.
The award is presented to contracted hospitals that demonstrate outstanding performance in initiating, embracing, and implementing innovations to improve service delivery, enhancing the experience of insured members and service recipients by making services more convenient, faster, and more efficient.
One of the key initiatives reflecting this approach is 9Smart, a healthcare service system developed for use through the LINE Official Account without requiring users to download an additional application. The system covers services from patient registration, appointment scheduling, and queue check-in to service status tracking and access to health information after receiving services, making healthcare more conveniently connected with service recipients.
Receiving this award reflects Praram 9 Hospital's commitment to continuously improving service quality while applying technology to enhance patient care, delivering a standardized, convenient, efficient, and trustworthy experience at every step under the concept "Healthcare You Can Trust."
