Praram 9 Hospital Wins Two TCCTA Awards 2026 Recognizing Contact Center Excellence and Its Role in Elevating Patient Experience from the First Contact

Praram 9 Hospital has received two prestigious awards at The Best Contact Center Awards 2026 (TCCTA Awards 2026), recognizing the excellence of its Contact Center team in management, people development, and service quality. The recognition underscores the important role of the Contact Center as a key starting point of the patient experience—going beyond providing information to serve as the first point of connection between patients and the hospital’s healthcare services.

Organized by the Thai Contact Center Trade Association (TCCTA), The Best Contact Center Awards 2026 recognizes organizations and Contact Center professionals that demonstrate excellence across key areas including management, service quality, people development, processes, technology, and customer experience. TCCTA is also a member of the Contact Center Associations of Asia Pacific (CC-APAC), a regional network connecting Contact Center associations across the Asia-Pacific region.

At this year’s awards, Praram 9 Hospital received two Individual Awards in the Tele-Service category:

  • The Best Contact Center Manager of the Year – Tele-Service
  • The Best Contact Center Supervisor of the Year – Tele-Service

The Best Contact Center Manager of the Year – Tele-Service award recognizes excellence in overall Contact Center management, covering team leadership, strategic planning, KPI and workforce management, service quality and customer experience development, as well as process improvement and the effective adoption of technology to enhance operational performance.

Meanwhile, the Best Contact Center Supervisor of the Year – Tele-Service award recognizes the important role of supervisors in translating strategies and service standards into effective day-to-day operations. This includes team development, quality and SLA monitoring, workload management, problem-solving, and workflow improvement to ensure efficient and consistent service delivery.

For Praram 9 Hospital, the Contact Center is an important part of the patient journey, serving as one of the first points of contact between patients and the hospital. From providing information and assisting with doctor selection and appointment scheduling to coordinating patients with the appropriate healthcare services, the team plays an important role in creating a seamless experience from the very beginning.

The hospital therefore places strong emphasis on the continuous development of its people, processes, and technology, working together to enhance service efficiency and provide patients with greater convenience, responsiveness, and confidence from their First Contact.

The achievement at the TCCTA Awards 2026 reflects Praram 9 Hospital’s commitment to continuously developing service quality alongside the quality of medical care. By strengthening every touchpoint throughout the patient journey, the hospital aims to deliver a positive and seamless experience for patients at every stage of their healthcare journey.
