Praram 9 Hospital held the “Mindful Living: Cultivating Mindfulness, Creating Happiness at Any Time” activity on Thursday, 11 June 2026, at the Grand Hall, 5th Floor, Building A, Praram 9 Hospital, to promote mental well-being alongside physical health through Dhamma teachings and mindfulness meditation practice.
The activity was graciously led by Phra Thanusorn Jirasarano (Kruba Mon) of Suan Santidham Temple, Sriracha, who delivered a Dhamma talk and guided mindfulness meditation. He shared simple mindfulness practices that participants can apply in their daily lives to cultivate inner peace and create happiness in every moment of life.
The event was held in a peaceful and warm atmosphere and attracted the interest of executives, physicians, staff members, and participants attending both onsite and online. The activity reflected Praram 9 Hospital’s commitment to promoting holistic well-being, encompassing physical health, mental health, and balanced living.
